if,we(some)put rocks in the back chambers of say a aqua pod isn't that the same as leaving the bio-balls in or do they produce diffrent life,bacteria just a thought.

i have a 12 gal aquapod i do my water changes ,check the water paramiter and i love it,do your water changes the same day every week this will give you a regular day to work from that way you have a set day,dont stray from that and thing will be fine.

watch out that kena tree,i have one in my 12 gal and it grows fast,its gotten so big i have to move it or frag it dont want to cut it but have to do something it is taking over my tank,but it looks great all opened up.

have a yellow tail damel in a 12 gal aqua pod,how can i catch that fish without taking the whole tank down,got corals polyps,mushrooms don't want to do that all is well,any thoughts?

if you can, have the water tested in school,there must be someone who can do that for you,if not the school must have a readout of the quility of the water,most school water systems are filtered through softeners to save on calcium buildup on the inside of the plumbing and heating systems.good luck

have a 12 gal nano,got some soft corals,that are doing just great,got some green star polyps,doing great,the only thing thats giving me fits is my zoo's and green button polyps,they just won't open all the way,i move them up high,low they just won't open up full,i tested water and all is well,i...

the pet store said they would be fine,just dont let the cats play with them

i have 3 in my tank they are always out,but they are most active at night,they also arent scared of my hands,infact they come right up on me,great shrimp to have.

can anyone tell me what causes the brown alge that seems to always cover my sand and rocks,is it phosphate in my make-up water,thanks all for your help.
