from my experience the cyano comes from poor water movement. I had a real bad bloom when one of my powerheads went out. But after replacing the powerhead the cyano was gone in 2-3 days. Its hard to get good water flow in some spots i know but thats where i think it comes from.

from what i have learned......dont mess with the sand bed. You will disturb the microorganisms

ok thanx....i guess im gonna leave it....or them? I did a search on the board and guess when i see it and its missing a leg it has reproduced. I havent had any problem with it on the coral so i will leave it/them be. Thanx everyone......again

its only been one and i havent ever seen it on the coral....just on the glass and the sand

I have this very small star that comes out every once in a while. Strange thing is sometimes its shaped like a star and sometimes its not. Sometimes its missing arms and sometimes its just in a circle. If somethings eating it or biting on it i have no idea what or maybe its not really a star...

i had a couple of domino damsels. One got this huge lump on his head. He was an evil [hr] . Catching him was rather fun at first then i seen what i had done and it was no longer fun. Basically i had to take out almost all my LR to get the fish out. He had killed the other one. Best...
