I got a purple with my kole. The purple kick the crap out of the kole at first. I thought for sure he'd kill the kole, but they seemed to have worked it out. The kole is a little shy, but is starting to come out more....two months later.

Perfectly normal...that is what they are supposed to do. Probably little parasites or something there the cleaner likes. Mine used to clean my arm when I cleaned the tank. It was pretty strange feeling.

I had both a naso and purple in a 60 for three years with no problems. Since I sold back the naso and up graded to a 90. Now I have the "old" purple with a Kole. You can keep one in your 55, but "eventually" you should upgrade.
