Im using a 150W MH on my nano and I love it, you could always move the fixture up/down to adjust the intensity of the light. just watch out for the evaporate :p

mojano dont die that easily, took me 2 days of nuking with joe's juice, home-made kalk/boiling water cocktail to kill them :p hermits/nassarius are pretty tough as well, I've made stupid mistakes with them before and somehow they always pull though (such as over dosing... local nitrate bomb etc...

post a picture of your tank! :D also make sure the LR are cured (my LFS sold me uncured LR as cured before....). for a 30gal you may want to get a MH or atleast something like a T5, watt/gal aint THAT important depend on the type of light(specially for anemone) I think they'd do great under MH...
