ok well for softies and fish, your lighting will work,. everything would work, maybe a lil more direct flow. i would add another 250gph powerhead. (btw, that skimmer is like the exact same thing as the bakpak2 ....interesting) for salt, use Instant Ocean. its cheap and works very well. good...
