Just want to make sure i have the right light set up for my tank. I have a 46g bow with clam, shrooms, GSP and other corals. Everything is fine but i need to replace my lamps, they are old. Should i keep this set up or go to the 10,0000k lights. 3 x 39w 12,0000k UV 2 x 39w super actinic

Recently my Fuge started to not produce alot of water back in tank. The bubbles in the Skimmer are slow and not producing any foam in the cup. The fuge is pretty thick with red algea, macro algea and just crap! I think the Maxi jet is old and slowing down. I think it needs to be replaced. Can I...

How can i catch a crab that is eating my Zoos. It has black claws that are big and flat. I just tried to get him but he runs back into the rock work and when i move the rock he goes deeper and deeper. I remember reading something about a glass with a piece of shrimp in it. Any ideas?

I have a 46g reef tank and I am looking at upgrading my PH from Maxi & SEIO to the Hydor Koralia PH. My question is what size pumps should I get. I was looking at getting 2 of the 600GPH. Should that be enough waterflow. Thanks

I have been scraping coraline algea off of my glass for a few weeks and it keeps coming back. I have been doing RODI water changes weekly. I know coraline algea is good but this is way to much of it. What can I do to slow it down?

HUGE difference. I had PC and went to T5's and was amazed at how my corals started to grow and how they looked healthier after a week with the T5's. My electric bill went down to b/c they are much more efficient then PC's.

what size tank? i have a 46 and have been able to keep what ever I wanted clams, GPS, zoos, Galexea. I am going to try and get SPS soon and put it near the top.

I put it in my fuge. I guess I might have gotten lucky since i was moving a piece of rock and I had to take it out of the water and when i did the crab fell out on to my table.

looks like a small frag disk that they put epoxy on so that the clam has a base. I barely touched it and it disconnected from the clam.

gotcha. This is a hitchhiker, I never bought it.

I moved my clam today and the disk it was stuck when I got it fell off. Is this alright and should I push the clam into the sand a little.
