I feed mine a mixture of the two & shes thriving She loves shrimp & seaweed, she'll eat just about anything. I think what your feeding will do just fine. I add vitamines to my fish food along with soaking in garlick just to keep them healthy, & its worked for me!!!!

I dont think you can over skim. I ran a bullet 3 ratted for 400g on a 60g tank for about a year with great results. I didn't run it on a timer, it ran 24-7. Now I have that same skimmer on my 230 & its great!!!

You can keep clams under 20k, and personally, I think 20k's look better than 10k's. I agree, I had 10k & switched to 20k & really like it, softer on the eye's more pleasent to look at.
