Hello all, I got a free Magnum Canister today (used but works great!), I plan on using it for water flow and maybe the occasional bag of carbon or an inline heater. Are there any other cool ways I can use this? Thanks!

Hello all, I am familiar with the one per species group rule but I was wondering if a PJ card would be compatible with a banggai in 55g? If so, should I add them together or seperately? I currently have no other live stock.

Sorry for the brief hijack but what kind of sponge IS safe to use? I have been driving myself nuts looking for a sponge that doesn't say "Not for Aquarium Use" Any hints?? What do you use for cleaning? Anyone?

I would suggest these two books: The New Marine Aquarium by Michael Paletta and/or The Conscience Marine Aquarist by R.Fenner Both are informative and fun/easy to read... Good Luck!
