He was a new fish and he was sick from the day I got him.

My clown just died he had no cuts or scraps iwas noticing he wasn't swiming much and licked to stay on the bottom. he was blacker than normal too. what could have maded him die?

My tank has been cycled. I'm not sure what type of red tip sea star but I can ask my dealer. Would the chocolate chip seastar be better? I use a hob filter with activated carbon and a bh 100 coralvue protein skimmer. I also have liv rock in the tank. The measurements of my tank are 30x12x22...

I just got a saltwater tank it is 37 gallons can i put in 1 firefish 2 true percular clowns 1cleaner shrimp 1 red tip sea star 1 chromis and 1 pygmy angel in the tank or is that to much fish?

He is hiding under the rocks. which is very strange because the light is on.

I have one other blue/green chromis. They were bought together out of the same tank. I have not seen much aggresion (maybe a little bit).

Here is a picture of my chromis today. Yesterday, he had a vertical white line (like scales were missing) on his side. Today, the line has gotten bigger and changed to red!

i have a reef octupus bh 100 protein skimmer the bubles are not rising in the collection cup and taking out stuff. i have no fish or live rock in the tank now, i'm geting ready to get my first fish.is this something i shouldn't worry about or is this a problem.
