Among the people who have used powersweeps, Would you reccomend them or no?

It is submersible, however; dont you need to keep that air tube above water so it can suck in air and cause the powerhead to rotate (so you can only submerse it like 2 or 3 inches right?) I want something I can submerse about 10 to 12 inches down in my tank.

I agree with DAB. I would make sure that someone is going to feed them on the second day. Is your tank fish only or do you have any live rock in there? If you have live rock and your fish do get hungry, they will be able to scrounge around for food. I wouldnt really worry about this. Just...

The most humane and economical way of cycling a tank is with a few pieces of raw shrimp from the grocery store. Toss them in the tank and then test the tank occasionaly.

I posted here before about the possibility of my hippo tang having ich. I waited a week to see if the white spots returned and they have. altough only one of the two fish have spots, and he only has 2 spots on his whole body. Should I treat or wait it out a little longer?
