Yes it is mobile and it was creeping up the glass. It must have hitchhiked in on something cause I don't put nudibranch's in my tank! Thanks for the help - hopefully it is still there when I return to my home and can get it out....!

What is this? It looks like a white slug about an inch and a half long with white blooming flowers on top of it....any ideas? Good or bad thing??? Thanks! Sorry the pic is a little blurry.

BUMP...Should I drill holes in the side to let water out and into the middle section of the sump - from where the filter sits???

Does anyone have some idea for our 75 gallon reef tank? We have a megaflow 3 sump below the aquarium in which we have removed the bioballs, but have a filter that catches the "stuff" above where the bioballs go. The door to open and shut the area to replace the filters is not water tight and...

DHL quit delivering to Oregon

My pink birdsnest coral just arrivved 4 days late - got lost overnight somehow. It is completely white. Does this mean it is dead? That's what I'm thinking.....But wondered if I dip it in iodine and then put under halides if the color could come back? Thanks,

OK - Mystery is SOLVED! The leather is shedding its skin today and there is a new covering of brown under the skin! It's truly brown/fleshy colored and is returning to normal. The lights must have caused it to do something strange!!

Hi - if you mean Lugol's Iodine dip - I use it to dip my corals in before adding them to my tank. The directions say 40 drops in a gallon of the tank water. I take a large gallon container and drop in 40 drops (or a 1/2 gallon takes 20 drops) and set the coral in the solution for 10 minutes...

Ok - here it is...the actinics just came on so the tank thinks it is beginning to be nighttime...so it's laying down a little. Craziest thing.....I still can't believe this.

I guess it was a fleshy tan color. It looks ok so far... When we first changed the lights (oops - on waiting too long) there were little green spots that showed up on the coral - now it is completely green. I guess time will tell but so far it looks ok. I'd never seen this before....thanks...
