Magnesium and calcium carbonate... one of the 2... if it started after waterchanges then it might be a problem with the salt. If its fine before it goes in the tank, i would say you have an excess of something in you tank that is a catalyst to the chemical reaction... I wouldnt know how to fix...

Dont they sell this stuff, dont people pay like 15 bucks per bottle of the green water...

watts per gallon dont mean anything anymore... its all in par and the lights your using.... 100 watts of PC are not the same as 100 watts of t-5... there are cheaper things made by rubbermade to use...

anyone, shes in QT, running filter material from main tank, used 100% main tank water, and doing a 50% water change everyday... Should i just let her relax, lights are off so no pics

nah not Hlle, ima put in in QT and let it rest up and get some relaxation in, then in a week asses if i need to dose, and in a month put him back in tank...

He wont die you have not starved him offer him food 3 times per day if you can he doesnt have any posioning i promise he is just stressed... turn all lights and leave the tank alone for 3 days...

Nitrates a little high but he will be fine just lights out flow off let him relax and get comfortable, im telling you thats all it is..

He is not your cycler, lol if the tank already cycled then ur just adding him in as ur first pet. He would be stressed from the move and the powerhead didnt help. Clowns are notorious for withstanding a lot .... the parameters will be fine he is just stressed... lights off.. get him a hiding...
