Also it wasnt flickering it was a constant beam

I turned it off, however it was getting a little more intense but then it stayed like that for about 5 minutes so i turned it off

double end, im pretty damn positive its in the right way, i think it just has to warm up?

So my new pheonix bulb arrived and i set everything up but when i turn it on the bulb only flickers, is this normal or did i do something wrong?

Actually went with the..............pheonix (GASP). My tank and corals are still young so im hoping to get more growth with the 14k while still getting great color. Hope to have pics up soon...

Both of these bulbs look pretty even and im looking to get some first hand opinions on which people prefer. Or is it worth it to dish out the extra cash for a radium.... Thank you

Well my heater malfunctioned and the temp reached about 90. I have a hammer coral and as a result, the soft tentacles all came off and all that remains is the skeleton. Is there still hope or is it completely dead?

All right thanks. Do you know if the phoenix blows away the jbj bulb because i thought the 150 watt would be a lot brighter

Well, i have a jbj viper 150 watt being used on my tank and wish to add some blue. Is there any single bulb strip lights anyone can reccomend to me, even power compact. Also, is there anyway i can get the light from the stock lighting out of the hood? Thank you
