I turned it off, however it was getting a little more intense but then it stayed like that for about 5 minutes so i turned it off

So my new pheonix bulb arrived and i set everything up but when i turn it on the bulb only flickers, is this normal or did i do something wrong?

Actually went with the..............pheonix (GASP). My tank and corals are still young so im hoping to get more growth with the 14k while still getting great color. Hope to have pics up soon...

Both of these bulbs look pretty even and im looking to get some first hand opinions on which people prefer. Or is it worth it to dish out the extra cash for a radium.... Thank you

Well my heater malfunctioned and the temp reached about 90. I have a hammer coral and as a result, the soft tentacles all came off and all that remains is the skeleton. Is there still hope or is it completely dead?

Well, i have a jbj viper 150 watt being used on my tank and wish to add some blue. Is there any single bulb strip lights anyone can reccomend to me, even power compact. Also, is there anyway i can get the light from the stock lighting out of the hood? Thank you

I am currently acclimating an anemone and hes not looking so hot, the mouth of the anemone (BTA) seems sort of torn up. Is this normal acclimating behavior? Thank you

Thanks for the advice everyone you helped a lot Well the rio 1400 im pretty sure is 375 gph and also i know that the out from the siphon exceeds the pump in terms of gph. If i have researched correctly, shouldn't you only have to adjust the valve on the return and that will balance out your out...

This is driving me crazy. I'm putting a 10g sump on my 14 g tank and i just cannot balance out the return and supply. Im using a rio 1400 as my return and i built a diy overflow with 1/2 inch pvc and plumbed it down with 1/2 inch. Both the return and supply have check valves, can anyone help...
