I have been using Ruby Reef Kick-Ich now for over a year if I have a break out of ich in the tank. I haven't experienced any problems with this product and it seems to cure the problem. I normally only get ich if I obtain a new fish that had it.

I had a blue regal tang that ate my cleaner shrimp. First she started with the antenne then one day she just ate the shrimp. Since we traded her in (because she was also tearing up everything else in the tank), my fire shrimp now comes out and tries to socialize with us and the other fish.
