inverts add almost no load to the tank at all, you can add just about anything you want without having a problem, think of it loke this 1 yellow tang does more for the bio load then 100 snails

the bleaching of the rock is most likley what killed all the fish, the bacteria that lives on those rocks is what keeps these fish alive, when he bleached the rocks he just started the cycle all over again, most likely there is also bleach contamination on the rocks as well, it would be hard to...

i have 1 maxijet 1200 2 900s and a 600 in my 55 and every things fine, do you have alot of water blowing right on it, i try to protect my corals by putting live rock sort of around them so there is no water blowing directly on them, how much live rock do you have in your tank?

you shouldn't be mixing your top off water with anything, you should use a declorinator like prime or start right.... what are you currently mixing your top off water with?
