Anthem About how much do the large glass hydrometers cost. The LFS can get one that is calbrated for 78 degrees. It cost $25 dollars. Is that the right one thanks.

I didn't know where to put this,so it is a couple of places. Have you ever heard of a hydrometer that floats adn measures temp. How accurate are they and will they work for hypo. The hydrometer cost about $10. I am not sure if it will be accurate enough. The LFS says it is accurate. Thanks.

Terry I am not sure if the LFS have them or not I will check tomorrow. I know they don't carry the cupramine cooper I have already checked. I am going to go ahead and start the Maracyn-two tonight since his fins look like they are rotting off, and will check the other things tomorrow. thanks...

I am switching because I have know way to measure the Salinty and nobody near by sells a refractormeter, but they have the cooper and test kits. I would rather do hypo but can't find the refrator any where. Thanks for the info on Maracyn- two

Flame, overcrowding was not the cause of the ich out break. That is unless 1 tang in a 55 by itselve is overcrowding. The tang was the only fish in the tank. In the Q-tank I thought he was getting better, the water was at a tad under 1.009 and above 1.008 and the ich came back. I will now...
