i have considered the 10 gallon sump for the 10 gallon. however what i have is working good so im not spending money on it that i could spend on CORAL. yay coral!

hooray for 10 gallon reefs! you guys dont forget that corals usually come attached to chunks of live rock, so leave room! i have had to get my lfs to bust up peices because they are always so big.

you are welcome! its a great light! as for flow, i had a maxijet 400 in there at first. i took it out. it was too much flow for the shrooms. i get a lot of flow off the filter. i was using that filter on a 55 gallon before. so i have no powerhead in there now but everything looks happy.

first off, dont get discouraged! you can definately have a nice 10 gallon reef without spending tons of cash! all you have to do is enjoy the hobby and its easy. AND invest in GOOD lights in the beginning (hey if the tank was free...)! realize you can cram it full of corals, but not fish. fish...
