Bubble tips are pretty hardy and will do fine in most conditions granted the water and flow are acceptable. Ive had them under 260 watts of pc doing just fine. Also when you put it in there it will find its own place to call home .. they may wander for a while before settling down.

Make a bypass off the main line using a T and farther down the main line put another T and connecting the t's with pipe and elbows.. the uv filter will go between the T's and act as a bypass filtering a portion of the water.

I would advise against putting your MH light on the tank it needs space between for air and will gernertate a lot of heat in the tank beeing that close.

A red sea prizm would work good. i use it on my 55 fowlr and used it on my reef tank untill i got an aqua clear.

You really dont need to worry about light penetration too much in a fowlr tank. that light would work fine though for illuminating everything.
