Dominican, I dosed between half and 2/3 reccomended dose and only for about 7 days. Eric, If I am not mistaken garlic does have some anti-bacterial remedial properties, but it is also high in oils, won't this be harmful for your fish?

soccer, I would defenitely up your snail population... I have well over 200 snails in my tank (80 gal) and I am thinking of adding more. They will cut down on this problem significantly. do you have enough LR in your tank? also try adding about 30-40 of the tiny hermits.... they will crawl all...

Yes I do and they're great... full of critters... baby brittle stars, pods, worms and all doing fine.
