O, I forgot to mention, I like them, all have been good, Except the 1700 will not start when plugged in, needs to be influenced, the 400 has no head presure, I have to run the UV sideways, the 2500's are working well, but the 4' head is not as advertised, ( due to the 90 deg pvc in my return)...

I use a 2500, and 1700 for sump return, a 400 for the UV, and a 2500 for the nautilus TE Protein Skimmer. All of this fits snugly in the Tide Pool II filter.

Thanks, I should be able to mount the 2-250 MH, and a actinic NO as well, Do wood screws hold in acrylic, or do you bolt it through the top?? The reflector then goes on the plywood sheet, and the whole assembly into the hood right.

I started with fiji Purple rock from the LFS. Got a couple of feather dusters on 50 lbs, then took the chance on TBsaltwater, and ordered 50 lbs of coral/live rock, and was very happy, my tank is a 125, so There is as lot of room to arrange everything, I am ordering a couple hundred lbs again...

My acrylic hood just arrived from hamilot, I bought a retro kit off of ---- for it (Dual 250) MH. It has 2 fans, but How is the Reflectore supposed to attach to the canopy, and do the mogul light sockets screw to the canopy or the reflector????? There are holes and screw holes for the fans...

Forest Lake isn't to bad, Got my first piece there, But there is nothing like Florida Aquacultered. Premier pets in Ramsey just got there first shipment of live rock in , and is clean, but I have seen a couple critters come out so far.
