Well, my LFS didn't have the frozen cyclopeeze, just the flakes... will these work?

Well, still nothing for me as far as it opening up. Last night tried a few times, using the plastic 2L bottle with the bottom cut out... stuck it in the sand a little. Tried frozen mysis, tried marine snow... still nothing. I'm going to pick up some cyclopeeze today and give that a go.

Thanks for all the replies. The pic I posted isn't one of my sun coral, just one I found to give an idea... but it's pretty close.

They pretty much all look like this, except a little smaller. Actually, the ones in this pic are open more than mine.

I've gotten it to open slightly with marine snow being shot down to it using a turkey baster, but the little mouths just open up some, it doesn't completely bloom. Also, I have trouble with the marine snow quickly floating to the surface.

Wow, mine has never hurt any of my inverts. I spot feed him every other to every third day... maybe that's why.

Mine lives happily in my 55 with 2 perc clowns, a flame angel, a cleaner shrimp, a peppermint shrimp, and assortment of crabs and snails. He often hangs on the side of the glass facing me, at the surface bent forward. I hand feed him a piece of crab from the supermarket or dried shrimp, and...

Had a bicolor in my 55 for a few months, until the heater broke and the temp hit the floor... one of my favorites though, the coloring is just awesome. Pics don't do it justice. Very shy... VERY shy at first, but once he felt safe he showed some amazing personality.

I'm sure someone here has orderd pods online. A company on a big auction site says to just temp acclimate them, which is fine, but it doesn't say what to do after that... pour the bag in? i know that's a no no normally, but I can't think of any other way. Also, is there anything out there that...
