Hello im no expert, but the first thing you need to do is try some garlic extreme. Its a liquid put some on there food everyday. The ick will go away. Second go get a cleaner shrimp.The shrimp will it eat the ick as well. Thrird whats the problem with the water. Make sure yor doing your water...
