Reef tank. They offer so much more IMO. Sharks are cool, but you are limited to doing a lot less in your tank.

It depends on how well build these apts are. Also, it would help to know the direction and placement of the floor joice. You want to spane at least 3 if you can. Some people use plywood to help distribute the weight. Most apts will tell you No Im sure, but if you want it setup, do some research...
