Thanks for the help. I think I may try a little of both. There are a few polyps on the rock but I should be able to clean off most of the algae and I'll probably add an emerald crab as well.

I have a 24g Nano that has been set up for about 9 months and is doing well with a variety of mushrooms, polyps, a small piece of Candy Cane and one clam. The lighting is standard 32 Watt compact florescents. My question is can I add a Hammer or Frogspawn with this lighting set up?
