Hi, My Huma Huma trigger ate one and swam around with it sticking out of its mouth. This was 3 months ago. He or she is still alive today. Didn't seem to hurt at all.

I would either get a piece of 3" x 3" angle long enough to go past each corner say 2" , for the front and back . Weld it to the stand legs. If your not handy with a welder try 1/4" steel plate about 8" square to keep the legs from digging in the wood since your experimenting. Good Idea.

I've had the 3 footer for a year now. Two 96 pc. One 12,000 k ,the other actinic. No problem. I thought it was running a little hot so I put a little bigger fans in. That was about two weeks after I got it. Maybe that helped.
