Yes it has been up and running for almost 3 months

I've looked everywhere and i do believe my fish has the ich. It has a white spot on its side tiny small ones on its other side. It swims at the top of the water and doesn't eat. It doesn't swim around, it stays at the top. What can i do? I have a coral beauty in the tank also. Someone plz help me.
