The conical shape looks like a shell to me and it seems to have little legs on the bottom, can't really tell. As for the color, it's clear, almost transparent............. If they r snails or hermits should i add anything to help the shells form/harden.......?

The worm didn't move, the whole tube did, it's on the sand. (Not where it was before). Should i leave it in the sand or put it up on a rock?

Sorry.............. Curing it in two separate rubbermaid tubs hoping to add to a tank later when it's cured............ That's all the extra info i can think of for now.

Oh yeah, a wet/dry would be good. Custom make it though, it feel better when you show it. If your tank is acryllic you can go nuts like i will pretty soon with plumbing. Add a close loop for water movement and ditch some powerheads and stuff like that. I'm an addict, i need help............

I bought 45LBS of LR, which was already cured. My question is, how long would it take for the water in the curing tubs to spike on Ammo, Nitrite and Nitrate? Temp is about 80 degrees and one powerhead for movement...... Plz don't yell at me for not searching it first, i did.......... That's why...

That's what i'm talking about and what i thought it was. A snail most likely. My Digi Cam has no batteries right now and i'm using the Digital Camcorder............. I guess i'm gonna have to make a trip to target, and since i'm out, y not visit my LFS................... See what else i bring...

Can they move on their own? Mine was up on a rock and now it's on the sand. I know one of the fish might have knocked it over, that's what i thought. But today it was in one place in the sand when i was near the tank, i looked up and then it was in a different position............ Help...
