Well I got stuck by those about 2 weeks ago. I am still alive.. Maybe we'll start growing gills or tentacles from the microscopic DNA transfer that took place. The gills would be nice I think.. Id go collect my own corals then.

*HELP* put 200lbs LR in tank... and water is yellow dirty looking

You can put a carbon filter anywhere in your system as long as it does not impede the flow of water through it. Some floss filtration too may help remove dead particulate flowing out from your new LR. Even tho LR is technically not cycling like DeadCuring rock.. There is a bit of cycle time...

How do you keep your tank EarthQuake Safe?

Lets be logical.. Folks The only way to make your tank earthquake proof is to suspend it from the ceiling by alot of rubberbands and good drywall hooks. I found that more small rubberbands work better then just a few big ones.. That would work. :hilarious

Corals at Shear Heven in Allentown, Pa.

Well actually it is a very nice saltwater shop. The name almost implies a "Hair Salon" . But if you look at the windows.. They are steamed over from the humidity inside the store.. They have a nice freshwater selection on the right, and you need to walk past 2 or 3 , 300 gallon awesome coral...
