I started to cycle my 75gal tank with 40lbs of LS, and 4 mollies. It has been cyclying for two weeks, i am getting 70lbs of LR on Friday. When i put the LR in my tank will it start my cycle over? or will it just speed up my cycle? Please help!

I am not having problems with the flow, the pump will pump the water out of the filter into my tank. I am not getting any inflow to my filter from the tank. I made sure the tube was connected, i made sure the propellor was free to move, and saw it moving.Any other suggestions?
