I was listening in on this conversation elsewhere and would eventually like a clown but don't want an anemone. Don't want a leather coral to die either. Any suggestions?
All I have is 4 damsels, fire fish, colt coral, some shrimp (skunk, 3 pepermint, and blood), and a big clean up crew. Would like to get some pulsing xenia soon.
I got a ton of that stuff to but it's mainly in the collection bowl that leads to my sump. I got a big clean up crew and I think that must be the answer to keeping it out of the main tank.
55 gal w/ 60 gal wet/dry filter sump
protein skimmer in the sump and a backpack skimmer
1 red brittle...
Anyone ever build a system w/ all corals and fish from the same region? I was thinking of doing a tank just of the Indo-Pacific region, just wondering if that's common.
I got these four little green w/ black strips in my tank got no idea what they are, but hope they aren't an anemone, lot a bunch of xenia the other week, and water was fine.
Any suggestions to what this could be would be greatly welcomed.
The stock on one of my colt corals seems to be weakening. When the lights on it comes back a little bit but at night it just lies down. Can anyone help give me ideas the other two colts are doing fine.
done water changes cann't get alkalinity down and just losing one of my first corals some thin bar xenia. Xenia is pretty much dead now should I take it out?
