I just put some regular sand from home depot i cleaned it for hours then put it in my aquarium about 2 hours ago it was a lil cloudy at first but now the water is clear how do i make it live or how do i keep the ph up i put the sand because im getting a baby shark and i hear they need sand .thanks

I was wondering does anyone have a magnum H.O.T filter 250 The one with the jaguar on the box i was just wondering if this is a good filter and also is it quiet or loud my tank is really really close to my bed and i cant have anything loud i wont be able to take it lol thanx

I would go with the tessy eel and a lionfish i think they should be fine together in that tank not sure but it has worked for me but they cant be in a reef aquarium.

can i use clay as a substrate well i dunno if this is clay but this amd also how important is having live rock can ijust have fake corals if i have good filteration a H.O.T magnum filter and a marine land 400 filter. Thanks for any answers
