What the heck are these white spots. Ever since they showed up on the clam his mantle hasnt fully extended but he seems to still be ok. The spots are on the rocks , both clams, and some on the glass. They don't seem to be alive but have a real tough doughy texture..please advise it's driving me...

I have the main tank setup with two single overflows. One box going to a sump and one going to the Refugium. The sump and the Refuge each have a rio 2100 in them. The Fuge and the sump are both below the main tank. Sorry don't have a digram. Just cant get the levels to stay consistant.

I would like to run a seperate Sump/Filter and Refugium setup. I have tried two single overflows ( which are not identical) but I can't get the levels to stay consistant in either the sump or refugium. One gets fuller and the other drains down. Is the answer to buy a dual outlet overflow and run...

I've had one for two months and one tip of his leg did the same thing. He seems ok and I thought maybe his leg got into the power filter but it's also possible it's from me lowering the salinity of the tanka little to fast after it was a little to high. I'm hoping for the best!

Just bought one and put it into the tank just to have the peppermint shrimp start eating it's tentacles. Is this normal?
