I have had my 72 running for about two years now, and I started out with about 10 snails a year and a half ago. I was away from the tank for about two weeks and I came home to find hundreds of tiny snails. Is this abnormal. and are they allright to leave alone? Any suggestions please? Thanks

I love Damsels I am going to make a tank one day with nothing but damsels in it.

My buddy had an SFE and ot was pretty much full grown, and it bit the ---- out of him after it got out of his tank.

Mine do that crap all the time as well. I have noticed that my Tomato clown swims around alot more. Having said that out of emergency I put the Tomato and the Percs together and they get along just fine. Contrary to what I have been told.

I have had the same problems with Damsels for years. Those things are so danged tough you could fill your tank up with urine and they live for a good while

I like it. I just wanted to make sure that it wasnt dangerous. I will take some pics of the aqaurium and post them.

It is like a purple velvet! Its all over my regular and live rocks.

I have inserted some live rock in my tank and over the past year it has turned all purple. Is this bad? It doesnt look bad and it doesnt seem to be effecting the fish in any way. I just notice it grows a little more month by month?;)

I have a question about raising eels as well? I have a big heart and dont like feeding fish other fish, anyone know any other alternatives to feeding them. Also I have a spare 55, can I put any species of eels in that?

I had the exact problem. I had two striped Damsels, and inserted a yellow Tang, and they basically gangbanged it. I took one of them out and it was allright. Also I had the two Damsels together in my girlfriends tank for about a year, and it was a small tank. I love Damsels but I will no longer...
