Will the retro fit house lights strong enough for all coral??

Hey all I've got a Oceanic canopy and was wondering does anyone have any ideas on how I can install MH's in the canopy? Was thinking of getting 2 pendants and drilling them into the top, but gotta find pendants that have a "shallow" form to them. Any ideas??

Also, I plan on adding a 20-30 gallon sump to the system. Would that increase the GPH needed from the pump or does it still sit at 140 gallons?

I am definately willing to use an external pump. I just don't want it to be TOO loud since the tank will probably set up in my room. Heating of water by the pump might be an issue with me so I guess I'll go external. Any suggestions??

Ahh I got ya...thanks Birdy!! Each overflow has two holes at the bottom. Due to that, I'm thinking I'll have a return and an overflow on each side so I can have more current.
