hello i was just wonder ing if any one had ever put sea squrits in any of ther tank if so are they hard to keep???

i am not i a rush but it is just the fish frist i over paid it was like 32.99 and online i could get it for 20 with free shiping .and know he has ick well i think i would not be mad but 40 bucksand he has ick. it is kind of a waste of money dont u think

hello, the tank size is 90 gallon the fish are 1 yellow tang 1 hippo tang 1sabre clown 1valentini puffer the system set up is a filstar 3 filtar undergravel filter with 2 402 power heads 40 p crushed coarl 18 p live rock if there is any thing eles u need to know let me know thanx

hello i just added a hippo tang and he was fine the frist day and when i woke up i looked at tank and he was staying for the bottom of the tank it the same spot . the frist day i had him he l;ooked liked he was ram ing the rock is this normal please help . thanx

in the frist weeks that i had it the plunger broke and then it would not start so i had to shake the hole canaster. after a power outage or some thing like that so i got feed up with it and i got a filstar 2 and i had no problems with.

hey i had posted a thread on brown alge and some one had said that it was a diatom bloom. can some onme please tell what a diatom bloom is abd how i can get rid of it thanx. i will post a pic shortly:eek:

i use tap water to top off the water in the tank about 1 to 2 times a week. i used crushed coarl because the guy at my fs said it is a good ph buffer

ok than does the water have any thing to do with it i have heard that tap water can cause this???

if u do want to use a filter don not use a fluval i had such problems with it i just got tired with it and i threw it out the window i got a filstar 2 for my 30 gallon it is a new filter and works very well but this just my option

hey for the past 2 or 3 weeks i have noticed a brown alge growing on my lr and crushed coarl it looks like it has hair b or some thing float ing in it is this normal i has only had this tank up and runnig for about 3 months is this part of the cycle . if u know what this is please let meknow...

i had one a long time ago it got to be 3 feet my friends is 5 i had it in a 200 gallon but i gave it away with the tank
