my mistake water just all the white dots on my glass were from every new peice of lr.and my manderin would just go crazy like it was a peice of chocolate.and the guy at my lfs said they were tiny copepods that the mandarin would thrive for. and he said it was showing good signs for my tank

this guy just wouldnt leave me alone. lol thought i'd just share this thought it was funny

atleast now u might be able to get a mandarin because thats pretty much all they eat. dont mind the water line i'm cleaning

if its new lr there just pods.Do they move?if there pods its beneficial for ur tank.

he was skittish at first but now he's really calm eats seaweed from my hand. here's a better pic of the rock.

the rock is indo.got 2 peices at my lfs very $ though.(nice peice of lr isnt it) my clown is not mean by any part.he eats from my hand and trys to lay in it like a host after hes done.hopefully have more corals soon. and post more pics later but ty

yest. i bought this finger and glued it to the rock, woke up today and the glue didnt hold it was laying on its side(wide open though) and this is what it looks like. will it grow straight again or stay bent?

so its bad to to use a baister.? should i use the gatorade trick or just a plastic cup?

i have a medium size sailfin in my 45 and i had him since a half dollar size and he is fine but i wouldnt recomend getting a second 1 if u do get 1 for your 50gl

i agree with waterfaller1 get a calcium test kit and just add staight calcium till u get corals that need the other goods for. plus if u got just base rock it could take 6 to 8 months to show signs of growth. go get a good peice of rock with lots of growth after u do your water changes...

dont ya just love that though. that means u have to go to both lfs every time u want something.

ty my lfs just opened up and its only salt water no dogs,birds,rabbits and so on. just salt water. he orders anything i ask him to.but the lr has so much growth i was so amazed
