I feed mine small pieces of shrimp 2 times a week by hand. And it will still scavenge in the tank even if you feed it. If you do not spot feed it will eat your small fish when it gets bigger. Hope this helps. Tak

When i do a water change every 14 days I use a siphon to clean my cc and to take water out at the same time. It also helps remove the crud.

The experiance that I have had with featherdusters is when you add them to your tank that they will dig into the sandy bottem or the rock. They then shead the old head (not use it anymore) and in about 2 weeks tney will grow a new one from the rock or sand.
