    55g cleaner crew

We just got that same CUC order in and we are very pleased with it. It is doing its job! There are a lot of hermits but I think they add activity to to the tank. Wish there were more of the little digger snails and fewer of the others. Our next CUC addition is going to be the cleaner shrimp...

Welcome to my world...I have had nothing but grief with MH lighting, at the moment I have one side working on my Coralife Elite unit...I am planning to go T5s by the end of this month. I LOVE the shimmer of MHs on the water, but in the end I like light I can count on. I even considered having...

    Just few new pics

We are always staring into our tank looking for something new or just watching the fish interact. The coral beauty has a cool personality, he will get right in the peppermint shrimps face and fan all his fins. Not sure what he is doing but it is cool to watch. And the Urchins and Nudi are...

Can y'all help ID this stuff?

Whatever it is, I got a bunch of it. It is all on one rock. It would be cool if it grew up into something nice. I am not really set up for coral so who knows what is going to happen with it. But it has been doing good so far. Maybe it will take off when we upgrade our lighting.

New 100g tank diary!! Will need help along the way

Put all the live rock and sand in there that you want. The more the better. All the live rock and sand has the beneficial bacteria on it and in it that your tank needs to get the cycle started and finished. You might have a little die off but you won't notice it.

that rules out the pump... the problem is just one one side right? It has to be an air leak on that side.

New 100g tank diary!! Will need help along the way

Probably going to catch flak for saying this, but... You can speed things up quite abit by getting a couple cups of live sand from an existing tank. Depending on your set up you can also put some dirty filter media in your filter. This will jumpstart your system and drastically shorten cycling...
