I have my 80 gallon tank(4' x 2') that i bought over a wk ago and it doesn't have any powerheads i was wondering if anyone can suggest how many and what type (maybe refer me to which ones they sell here) as i know nothing about these.

Today I went out and bought about 12 lbs of Figi LR Can't wait to find little critters on it. I was wondering though for a 80 gallon what would you recommend the minimum of LR i should have? And just because im so excited about this whole tank here are picture of my LR (what can I say...

i went to my lfs today and bought some LR while there i asked about the t5's and how bulbs i would need, he asked me what i was wanting to do and i mentioned setting up a reef and he said the t5's wouldn't be enough. How many t5 bulbs would i need?

have my 80 gallon tank (my first saltwater tank) with nothing in it right now, as its in it's cycle period. I bought the tank used and from the looks of it it just has 1 Zoo Med RL-18 Reef Sun 50/50 48” 40 Watts (T8) bulb in it but has another unused lighting fixture. anyhow im wondering...

Thanks sulley, I have rearranged them more and have piled them up more into a mountain so they will have little hiding spots

I just bought a 80 gallon tank last night (pics shown here) This is my first salt water tank it's been my dream to own one. And when I bought one I always said I would have a lion fish in it. Now my question is what fish work well with a lion fish. I'm open to just about anything. Thanks
