    Its been up about a year. I Have 1 yellow tang,1 blue Damsel,1 sand sifting starfish, 1 sand sifting goby,2 clowns 1 wild 1 tank raised. I know for a year there are not many corals. I have very limited moneys for each so I add stuff slow like 1 every 3 months. I will get there.

    This is in my sump tank mainly in my bubble pass through. when I disturb them it looks like a oval shrimp kinda a clear white .Good or bad? thanks

    No I dont think they are them. Its more of a semi clear white they float around like a feather. Its hard to get a good pic. Its the stuff attached to the 2 chamber wall in the pic. I sometimes feed with the small frozen shrimp could it be the uneaten ones multiplying.

    My tank is doing great. Its a 47 bowfront. My Issue is the sand on the front of the tank my powerheads seem to push the sand back a bit so the acrylic floor shows. I have tried to find that happy zone with the powerheads. Either it Pushes my frogspaun too hard the way I have it now seems good...

    Another yellow Tang Question

    I got a smaller yellow tang, I have a 46 gal bowfront tank. Will he be ok in the long run or will he out grow my current tank, I have no plans on getting a bigger tank. Anyone have success with a yellow in this tank size? Thanks

    Really get rid of the tang. Yellows are the smaller ones and he eats hair algae, And my star I like him too he climbs on my rocks he is cool but will starve is there anything i could feed him. My ammonia has been at 0 for a while. here are some pics

    I had it too but I use tap water my turbo snails loved it I got a phosphate bag and I used this stuff but you have to try and get most of it off 1st. Its Algaefix by API pharmaceutials now I have no trace of it.

    This is a new tank up about 2 months, Im starting to get a outbreak of brown algae and I have Hair algae I know its my tap water but I cannot afford a ro/di yet is there any other solutions to get rid of it? I have a phosphate bag but seems like no help. Thanks for any advice....

    A question About cleaning the Inside of Tank

    I was wondering I will keep the stuff on the back of my tank but the stuff on the sides and front do you all just scrape that stuff off and let the filter catch it or do you siphon as you scrape. Thanks
