Update: Removed aLL old caulk from inside tank. This means corners, bottom edge and top edge. Cleaned untill all film and residue was gone. Rinsed and let tank dry for quite a while. (this took several days) Taped out my seams with painters tape. Used Lowes Aquarium approved caulk on all...

When I refered to not removing all the caulk I meant the seams between the glass. The tank does not leak. Only the inside seams are needing attention. They are about 1 inch wide, and full of air pockets in the bead. Thanks
