I tryed everything almost . The water is ok. it in a qt tank. The display tanks water was great and the sore just keeps getting bigger in bigger. I tryed no med with perfect water and it keeps on growing. IT IS NOT THE WATER. IT NOT THE FOOD. I'm going to try to get a pic.

He was in 55 for over two years. He was pretty small when i got him. Like to get all 3 of them in a 220 has soon as i have the money. He's is 4 inch without tail 5 inchs with the tail. :happyfish :happyfish :happyfish

not sure about yours, but when i have that problem i turn down the air and turn down the speed of the water coming out. good luck not sure that will help you.

would believe it to help ,but i don't think it will do the whole job. I would go with of treatment to. I would think uv would help a fish from not getting ick but once it get ich the uv would just kill the ich that it come in contract with not all the ick in the tank or the ick on the fish...

forgot pic. alot of the fish feed of of the live plants . They seem to eat the algae of the plant and the rocks . Tank get almost direct sun light.

Here's a shot of my 120 cidlid tanks .Figure there is 50 fish in the tank . believe it or not the nitate say pretty low. 20 of the fish are small badys, born in tanks ,mostly yellow labs 15 or so. The oldest fish is i'm guessing 7 to 8 year old. Most of the other large one are 3- 5 years old...
