I am re-doing my 20gallon long and was wondering how many watts I should aim for in lighting? I want to use a t-5 or MH system (would prefer the t-5 because the decreased, increase in water temp). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Well i do have a power head but it is submerged and I also have a hangon filter but more so just break the water surface and add a little bit more filtration

I set up my tank about 3 weeks ago, it has been cycling great btu now im getting all these bubbles on the sand bed... what I am wondering is if the bubbles are resulting in the higher PH?

I was looking at the Current brand lights, what do you think would be better for a 55 that will eventually have coral.. the Nova Pro or one of their Outer Orbits? I woudl assume their is a HUGE price difference and as a college student im looking for thee best bang for my buck thanks

Thanks Justin, In your opinion what do you think would be better for my tank? I am thinking of porbally not doing corals but I would like an anemone so would a retrofit under a canopy be any different then just t5's fixture on legs?
