thanks for the info. it will be benificial I'm sure. I've been circulating with a whisper filter so I'll look into the powerhead now I just need to find out what these white tenticle things are in my live rock, size of a piece of thread 'wierd'

hi all, new to this not sure if i'm doing everything correctly? I'm trying to work a 5 gallon nano I've read up quiet a bit but am still unsure. I'm using real water from pacific, along with live rock and sand. For lighting I'm running the 50/50 flourescent. everything seams to be doing great...
