my emerald crab bothers my hermits all the time. he would attack them along with snails. but then him and my camel back shrimp disappeared(trigger fish).

its actualy really weird, they will fallow each other around the tank in a line. its like watching a game of fallow the leader. has anybody bread cleaner shrimp? im going to give it a few days befor i start hypo to see if the cleaner shrimp can take care of it.

i have multiple types of mushroom corals, a couple kenya trees, a toad stool, and some zoa's. the light i have is not very strong so i haft to keep coral that can live in low light. but the light is a marine land led.

so it's the tang or the corals i gess. ill keep the nitrates low untill i move the tang to a different tank.

i was thinking going with a wave box but i hear they break a lot. i am also looking at some hydro pumps. im thinking two 1000 gph pumps(maybe more?) with the filter and i should be fine. my zoa's, toad stool, and kenya trees are loving the new flow but no so much the shrooms. i had to hide them...

ive got a 100g for them but i still need a filter and light. then it needs to be cycled...

you think it can be stray voltage? my corals are all fine so i dont think its that. my nitrates are at about 15 to 30. i do keep the nitrates at the higher end of that because thats when my corals really do well. i have looket at selcon but i can figure out what zoecon is.

well i did get a new pump! i swiched it out for the weeker one. i went from a 110 gph pump to a 500 gph pump. the sand bed cleared up. my trigger fish also pulled apart my rock so i had to re aquaskape. but with the extra flow the fish and coral appear to be happy.

my tank does not have a grounding probe. ther is no sings of HILLE, in fact its one of the healthyst PBT i have seen. i do have some nitrates for my soft corals.

if your fish were electrocuted it would leve a very distinct red mark on them. thats what happend when my heater broke.
