I think 4 tangs is too many for a 75 gallon. They will quickly outgrow the space and then you will have another problem. I also think you should probably stick to 1 or 2 tangs in that size aquarium. Maybe get a baby blue hippo tang and a yellow tang? The answer to your question about tangs...

Peppermint Shrimp work well. We sell a group of 5 for $24.99 and with more than one, they are sure to do the trick. Above and beyond the store, I have had personal success with Peppermint Shrimp. I have even had them eat the big aiptasias.
