Some Macro algea can help too, I had some in my sump and cyano was getting out of control, I threw it in my DT and siphoned all I could out and I beat it pretty fast

Maybe dipping it in a high salt solution piece by piece making sure one rock at a time is crab free, though a qt container to hold/inspect the rock before you put it back in might be required. also I am really not sure how the high salt dip effects the beneficial bacteria

Most things that kill it will kill youre coral, maybe lemon juice but dont take my word for it.

I have an overflow I think its a CPR I have'nt had a problem with it and it was working constantly over a year, as long as the flow is strong siphon stays fine, if you want to know I can give you specifics when I get home

If you cann't get the rock he is in out then you could try to trap him, but getting the rock he is in into a bucket with high level of salt should send him running from the rock. If you want to trap him you'll have to search for and experiment with the various trap ideas there are.
