I have no idea what they are. If you cant see the pics well. They are like white tubes attached to the walls. there is only one visible in my dt but they have INFESTED behind my overflow and in my sump. I also see many little what look like pineapple sponges in my sump too. Are these things bad?

Im using a mouse that came back from the dead!!!!! A logitech optical, wireless mouse. It stopped working for 2 years then bout a week ago I plugged it in on a whim and it sprung to life!!! And I also use my touch pad.
