they should be even with the max of the leds. The drivers I got for all of the blues and whites are LDD1000 http://www.rapidled.com/mean-well-ldd-1000h-dimmable-driver/ They say max is 1000mA so I should be good since I am planning on setting them down to 80 %

I just double checked and the xpg leds can run 1500mA and the xpe leds can run 1A so I will probably keep the 1 A fuses in there to be safe since the xpgs are the whites and I wont need to go that high with them

Hey guys I figured I would add an update to how my LEDs are doing on coral growth. this first pic was from 6/7/12 when I got the corals and the second is from 1/7/13. I am quite happy with how well everything is growing and have noticed a huge difference in only needing 1 gallon of kalk water...

Thanks for the info guys. I did check the alk and Ca with 2 different test and I got the same results. The cause is from the calcium blocks im pretty sure. I looked at the Dr. Randy Holmes-Farley information and had a question. Why does the baking soda need to be baked before you add it?

So I was checking my parents tank this weekend and her Ca is off the charts and her KH is low. She had checked her Ca a week or so ago and had a low reading and thought she would add a calcium block or two..... so it was way too much. I have seen a few posts where people are using baking soda...
